Sustainability

We are committed to delivering the transformation needed across our operations to be carbon net zero by 2030. This is our sustainability priority as we drive progress towards this urgent goal. Promises are not enough when it comes to the planet – we need action and progress towards this goal. We’re founding members of AdGreen, we are on the AdNetZero steering committee, and using the AdNetZero five action framework to guide our impact. We have a big role to play in helping the world achieve the race to zero. Through the work we do with our clients, the reach and the scale of our potential impact is massive. We can unleash the full force of our collective creativity to drive behaviour change.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We’re becoming an organisation of active allies and advocates. Dismantling oppression and co-creating a culture that welcomes, includes, represents and celebrates our diverse communities. Our core inclusion pillars focus on (Dis)Ability Inclusion, Gender Equity, LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Race Equity and we take an intersectional approach. We’re one of the first companies to become an Advertising Association, ISBA and IPA All In champion.

Our aim is to ensure accountability and transparency in our work. We commit to regularly reviewing our strategic aims and policies and measuring progress against them. Our policies include maternity/pregnancy, paternity/second parent, adoption, shared parental leave, Emergency care for dependents, Pregnancy Loss, Fertility, Parental bereavement, Menopause and Disability.
