Sannah Rogers and Jon Stevens step up to lead Zenith UK
- May 30, 2024

Sannah Rogers and Jon Stevens, managing directors of Zenith UK, have stepped up to lead the agency as chief executive Natalie Cummins departs for a new role.
Made joint managing directors in 2019, Rogers and Stevens will now assume overall responsibility for the agency while continuing to lead on operations and client services respectively.
They will report directly to Publicis Media UK chief executive Niel Bornman.
Campaign understands there are no plans to recruit a new Zenith UK CEO at this time.
Both of the agency’s new leaders share a long history with Zenith. Rogers joined the agency, then Zed Media, as a graduate in 2001 and Stevens joined in 2006.
In her previous roles, Rogers has led new business for the agency and business development at a group level, before becoming managing partner at Zenith in 2018.
Stevens was initially part of the global team at Zenith and spent a six-year stint leading new business.
Before becoming MD of clients at Zenith, he was the agency’s head of planning.
Bornman said Rogers’ and Stevens’ experience made their leadership appointments a “no-brainer” and he thanked Cummins for her dedication to the agency.
He said: “Both Sannah and Jon are highly respected and talented leaders, who’ve been pivotal in driving growth and success for our clients over many years.
“They have a deep understanding of our business, our clients and capabilities, so this decision was a no-brainer and provides the best continuity for our clients and our people.
“Nat leaves us with our heartfelt thanks for her energy and dedication over the years, and we wish her lots of luck for her next move.”
Zenith’s MD-led structure comes after a period of restructuring at Publicis.
It moved to an EMEA structure last September following the appointment of EMEA CEO Loris Nold.
Bornman has taken on a joint role both as CEO of Publicis Media UK and chief product and solutions officer for Publicis Groupe EMEA.
