Digitas Appointed as New Agency Partner to Drive Global Digital Innovation for Crocs, Inc.

  • August 30, 2022

Digitas has announced it has been named Global Digital Innovation agency for Crocs, Inc., a leader in innovative casual footwear. Digitas UK will lead on the account in Europe, with key markets being the UK and Germany.

Crocs, one of Fast Company’s ‘Most Innovative’ Companies of 2022, has surged in popularity in recent years as it pushes the boundaries of innovation, creativity and consumer centricity in the casual footwear space. Digitas, known for its connected Media, Data, Creative, and Tech practices is perfectly positioned to support Crocs as it aims to expand and evolve its digital presence and community around the globe.

With a deep understanding of Crocs’ innovation goals, Digitas will leverage its media-fuelled creativity to supercharge the brand with never-before-seen approaches. In its new role, Digitas will also use its advanced data and tech connectivity to move at the speed of culture, supporting the Crocs community globally —with local nuances — across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA.

What stood out was Digitas' ability to pair marketplace insights with creativity and a media strategy, then package it all into one cohesive plan that was globally framed, but could be quickly executed at a regionally relevant scale, the ability to be even quicker to market is a key part of our digital growth strategy as we look to accelerate our brand not only in the U.S., but in core regional markets such as the UK, China, Japan, and Korea.
Heidi Cooley

The partnership will include work across global brand media, creative, and analytics.

Crocs is an ambitious, forward-thinking brand, full of personality, with a global community of aficionados. We’re delighted to be in the position to help elevate Crocs’ global footprint and deliver greater connectivity with its fans and audiences.

Chief Creative Officer at Digitas UK

The pitch was run by R3 Worldwide. The work will be led out of Digitas’ New York, Boston, Shanghai, and London offices.
